Thanks to your help, Phoenix Panhellenic Association was able to provide $25,000 in collegiate and continuing education scholarships for Arizona sorority women. Christine Wilson and Suzi Kuenster will be leading Phoenix Panhellenic as co-chairwomen for the 2012 WM Phoenix Open Volunteers. This year we need 1,200 volunteers to make the event a success!
The registration website www.phoenixopenvolunteers.com for 2012 WM Phoenix Open volunteers is now LIVE! Please sign-up TODAY to make sure that you get your first-choice shift. Volunteer shifts are eight (8) hours and open or close a concession stand. Volunteers receive free admission all week to the tournament, meal ticket on day of shift, designated parking, and the opportunity to purchase WM Phoenix Open logo clothing at great prices.
To register for a volunteer shift, go to www.PhoenixOpenVolunteers.com.
You will be able to click on "New Registration" and follow the prompts. To make sure the appropriate sorority gets credit, please make sure to choose a sorority under the "sorority affiliation" field. New this year, you will be asked to provide a preferred contact method (phone, text, email) so you can receive up to date messages prior to your shift. We also invite you to “like” us on Facebook at WM Phoenix Open Volunteers, as we post the most up to date information on this site. On Twitter, follow us at WMPhxOpenVol. If you have any questions about registration, Phoenix Panhellenic can be reached via e-mail at phoenixopenvolunteers@gmail.com.
As a reminder, concession volunteers do not have to be Greek, please invite your family and friends (age 18+) to participate. If your business or company is looking for local philanthropic opportunities, please suggest volunteering at the WM Phoenix Open.
Thank you for your past participation and supporting Pi Beta Phi, Phoenix Panhellenic Association and the Phoenix Thunderbirds by volunteering at the concession stands for the WM Phoenix Open. We look forward to seeing you again at the PGA’s Greatest Show on Grass!
